April

Yesterday marked another first for Nora and that first was a wiggly tooth. It's got a way to go but she is excited and a little scared. Jack is of coarse sad that he does not have one yet but we assured him that he has many wiggly teeth ahead of him.

This past weekend was Easter and the kids enjoyed the treats that the Easter bunny delivered. They were so anxious to find eggs that they gathered most of them before mommy and daddy were awake. We spent the day at num num and pop pops. It was a beautiful day that we enjoyed that was sent to us from great Grammy. It was only days before on April 15th that she joined great pop pop in heaven. Death is so hard to comprehend. Just days before, we visited her at the hospital and Jack told her about Palm Sunday. How Jesus rode a colt down the street covered in Palm brunches. The palms made it softer for the colts feet he said. We talked about Nora's ballet and Jack's karate and their eggs they had gotten from the Easter bunny that day when they had their picture taken. The next day I stopped in and read a few of Grammys stories to her. She had asked if the Phillies had won the night before and the next day she was gone. So many memories, stories, and her energy is now all around us. We will see her around us if we look close enough.
