It has been a week of rain and lots of time in the house, but today brought sunny skies and a turtle. Yup I found a baby snapping turtle in the driveway. We put it in a box for the day and the kids enjoyed watching him walk around and try to escape. We let him go later in the day down by the pond. I should mention that it was only as big as a half dollar and not yet snapping. Don't want anyone loosing a finger.
The kids were feeling a little off this week - possibly new teeth or mini colds with the temperature drop, but the runny noses are stopping and there is less coughing. The naps are also returning. We got a little scared when they did not nap well for a few days. Here are a few nappy moments.
