Not there

We broke out some Halloween decorations this past week and with them some Halloween inspired books. Cordoroy's Halloween includes a page where they play pin the tail on the black cat but they miss and pin it on it's face. The line that follows starts "Ooops" whichs follows a chorus from Jack and Nora "not there!!!!" with great enthusiasm. I have started reading every page followed by a return to this page and each time, they exclaim louder "not there!"
