Potty

It has been a while since I wrote an update, so let's see what I can remember. Nora has been using the potty and out of diapers even at night for a least a month now. Jack has been in underwear all week and doing very good with the potty too. Soon we will be out of diapers completely!

The kids have lots of great little phrases and words. One that goes to mind is Nora word amn't. Pronounce "em nent" and used when trying to say "no I am not". She has made her own contraction.

They had their first day of preschool this past Monday. Jack got to be leader of the class and got to bring home a book- if you give a moose a muffin, cookie monster and write a story. He wrote about the music class he and Nora went to on Saturday. On Wednesday, Nora was the leader and picked a Bernstein Bears book and drew a picture of Tangled, but was scared to go to preschool, so she stayed home. She had a bit of a runny nose the next day, so she has been feel 100%.

Leigh's brother Mark moved to Allentown from CA and has lived with us for the last month with his chow shepherd mix named Ziggy. The kids enjoyed spending time with Mark and Andrew, their cousin who drive across country with Mark. Andrew was only with us a few days but the kids really liked played with him.

The movie Tangled has been on alot and the kids have memorized the healing song. The temperature dropped dramatically the other night, so today the kids wanted to wear their winter boots. Fall is upon us. Sooner the Halloween parade will be setting up out in front of our house.
