Fears and Marshmallows

Apparently this is the age where kids start to imagine scary things like a monster in the closet and our kids are right on track with this. They decided that there was a big bad wolf in the basement, so as they were going down the starts, Nora says, "Jack, I will find the wolf, then you sword him, you are good at swording."

After we got down in the basement and we did not see the wolf, Nora said he was hiding in a can of paint. We assured them that the house is safe and that there are no monsters allowed in.

They shifted gears after seeing the yoga balls and decided to build a snowman.

Last Sunday, Leigh was on her way to DC to spend time with her family and attend a great marketing seminar. The kids and I went to my folks for dinner and roasted some marshmallows.
