This passed Friday there was a brief snow storm that left a few inches of snow on the ground. We managed to build two snowmen and half an igloo before it melted in the afternoon.
This weekend, we ventured down to DC to visit with family. On our way in, we visited the Patuxent Research Refuge and took about a two mile hike. The weather was absolutely beautiful all weekend with temperatures in the high sixties. We stayed with the Lemons and it was great to see the cousins playing together. On our Sunday morning walk to the waterfront, the kids were posing as statues on all the concrete steps. It was quite entertaining.
