Nora has been starting to stand on her own. She will pull up on Leigh and I then let go for a few seconds before she sits down. She also has been pushing herself into a squatting position and then trying to stand. She is getting close to doing it. They both are saying "mama" alot and mimicking Leigh and I with phrases made of noises that follow the cadence of what we are saying. I was cleaning Nora after eating and said, "OK, back to the face" and she said " da, ba da ba da" which sounded a lot like what I had said! Nora has also been blowing kisses. They both are waving as well.
