October 8th

The kids have settled into school and are doing well. Fall soccer has begun and they have had a couple practices and games. The game on Sunday was the first of the October cold snap. Saturday was warm with temperatures in the 70s but Saturday night the temperature dropped to 38 which made for a rather chilly wake up on Sunday.

Although we have not watched America Ninja Warrior again since there first exposure a few weeks ago, they continue to hone their skills. They are both getting quite good at the spider wall in the doorways.

Pumpkins are popping up on people's porches and we will need to get ours soon. There are a few giants up at num num and pop pop's that should be fun to carve. Looking forward to Halloween.
